By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you consent to the fact that the company Mamoko s.r.o., IČO: 50395955, registered office Plzenská 17/5, Bratislava 83103, (hereinafter referred to as the "administrator") processes your personal data according to the following conditions.

The administrator will process your personal data to the extent that you have provided them in connection with the administrator's marketing activities, specifically with registration on the website www.rozlucky.sk in the form of full registration or abbreviated registration when creating a non-binding reservation. The administrator will mainly process the name, surname, e-mail, telephone number and address of residence or address of the contact point.

The administrator will process your personal data for a period of 2 years from your registration on the website www.rozlucky.sk or from your order of the service on the website www.rozlucky.sk, unless you revoke this consent.
Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data

Withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on the consent given before its withdrawal. Obligation to provide personal data. Consequences of not providing personal data
You provide your personal data quite voluntarily. You have no obligation to provide them. If you do not provide your personal data, there is no penalty. However, if you do not provide personal data to the administrator, he will not be able to implement the service ordered by you without any problems and correctly.
