Beetroot Carpaccio (150g) with olive oil, rucola, nuts and honey, grilled goat cheese, and toasted baguette.
Beef Carpaccio (150g) with basil pesto, capers, rucola, parmesan, and toasted baguette.
Main Course:
Tomahawk pork chop (300g) with fried potatoes and homemade tartar.
Grilled salmon (150g) with your choice of mashed potatoes or mixed salad, served with summer sauce.
Preserved duck leg (350g) with red cabbage and Carlsbad dumplings.
Lasagne (350g) with salmon, spinach, garlic, and béchamel sauce.
