Our English-speaking guide will pick you up and accompany you to an exclusive restaurant overlooking the Vltava River and Charles Bridge. You have a reservation for a customizable 3-course menu tailored to your taste.

1. Beetroot Carpaccio (150g), olive oil, arugula, nuts and honey, grilled goat cheese, toasted baguette.

2. Beef Carpaccio (150g) with basil pesto, capers, arugula, parmesan, and toasted baguette.
Main course:
1. Tomahawk pork chop (300g), fried potatoes, homemade tartar.
2. Grilled salmon (150g), mashed potatoes or mixed salad (optional), summer sauce.
3. Preserved duck leg (350g), red cabbage, Carlsbad dumplings.
4. Lasagne (350g) with salmon and spinach with garlic and béchamel sauce.
